MEMORY: 2 Sticks of 4GB Corsair Vengeance Blue
HDD:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
Fans: 3 140mm fans and 1 200m fan
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
KBOARD AND MOUSE: Logitech G105 and Regular Logitech Mouse
DVD: DVD-RW Combo

I was thinking a 750 Corsair would do fine but I am looking for feedback.

System requirements for your build are 500 watts. The XFX 550 PSU is made by Seasonic and is the best quality and has plenty of power for your system. You'd only need a 750 watt PSU if you intend to do SLI 970's.
