So I'm building a PC with these configurations.
CPU - Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz
GPU - Palit GeForce GTX 1060 Super JetStream (6GB, 192bit)
RAM - 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2133MHz, Kingston HX421C14FBK2/16, 1.2V
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3
What PSU should I go for?
I just want it to do the work.

Solution
A good 450w will serve you. But as there is little different in price between 450w and 550w, i suggest go for a 550w unit.

Get any of these -
EVGA G2/ P2/ T2/ B2
Seasonic M12II EVO / S12G / G / X (pretty much any seasonic is good)
Cooler Master V
XFX TS / XTR / Core Edition Pro
Corsair RMx / CXM (not the old CX)
Antrec HCGM

Solution
The Antec True Power Classic and FSP Hydro G/X are also worthy of consideration.
And yeah, 450W as the minimum, but a 550W should be picked so that there's room to upgrade graphic card to one that would be a good partner for the 6600k.
