What PSU should I need for a rx 470?

I currently have a cooler master elite 400w, will this work with the rx 470?

Get a decent 450w , to run it.

500w is recommended for the RX 470 but should be ok. Which model rx 470 is it? I wouldnt try OCing it put it that way.

So are you saying my psu won't run the ex 470
My specs
MSI main board mini atx
Geforce gt 730
Amd fx-6300
1tb hard drive

If it was a quality PSU I'd say it might run it , but I would upgrade.
