What PSU Size is needed to run 2 R9 280x cards?

I have aASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer board

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB Ram

with an Intel Core i5-4690K Processor 3.5 GHz .
my current PSU is a Fractal Design Integra R2 650W ATX12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS

i Currently have one R9 280x Black Edition and was wondering if i would need to upgrade my PSU in order to Run both Crossfired.

According to this, for 280x Xfire you will need a 750w PSU.

I see lots of people stating i would need 850+ up to 1000 but 750 seems like it would be fine, second question would be can i OC the cards as well as the CPU and keep it working on a 750 or should i shoot higher?

If you overclock I would suggest you get at least a 850w PSU, thats what I have for my 680 SLI. And I suggest you get a gold rated PSU as well. 1000w might be a bit of overkill though.

750w is the more for stock settings.

I am going to go with this one just in the case it requires more than 850w. plus the price is low on it. would this be alright? I'm not sure about the brand.

I would say no - a good branded 750w I would trust much much more.

Running 280x cf here with an overclocked 8320 on a Silverstone 700w with no issues.

as per the maker of the card, the crossfire needs at least 1000w or greater to run both. how are you running with only 700?
