What PSU to choose

Ok so I have the following parts and I don't want to spend too much on my PSU:

1)CPU: I5 3570 @3.50 Ghz
2)GPU: EVGA GTX 660
3)RAM: 2X GB 1600 MHZ
4)CASE: BitFenix Raider
5)HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda
6)MOTHERBOARD: I haven't chosen one yet so if you could suggest one that would be great (Micro ATX or normal ATX)

So which PSU do you guys suggest that will be compatible with my case?
Not planning to OC or anything

I don't think I can buy an American PSU because of the different voltage and plug etc..., and about the motherboard for the same price I could get an Asus P8Z77 V LK.
For the PSU i'm using a Cooler Master 500W GX Lite 86% energy efficent... would that be enough to power this pc?

That PSU is bad. Cooler Master lied about the efficiency, otherwise it would have the 80+ Bronze certification of power efficiency. Trust me, a cheap "high power" PSU is seriously not ideal. If you can tell me where you live, maybe I can find you a good PSU.

In Italy; but all I need for my pc build is just above 300W... wouldn't that satisfy it?

I don't plan on overclocking, but if you say that the gtx 660 needs 450W which PSU do u suggest <$80
