What PSU to get

Hey all would appriciate the help if you can...i just upgraded my motherboard and now when i turn it on it just keeps rebooting. All the components in it work so ive narrowed it down to its not getting enough juice.. So now im looking for a reliable Psu to buy and im wondering what W to be getting to supply my unit and a reliable brand that isnt going to go boom after a few months use..
the specs of my unit is as follows

Graphics card - Msi twin frost III hawk geforce gtx 560 ti
Motherboard - gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3
CPU - intel core I5-3470 3.2ghz
ram - x1 Kingston 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL11 DIMM SR x8
hdd- x1 seagate 1tb x1 seagate 2tb
fans - x1 120mm
cd drive- Optiarc dvd rw ad-7280s
Monitor - Benq gl2440h digital

but isnt the corsair vs series really bad too? and what watt would be sufficient enough to run the system i have
also i havent been able to find any xfx here in australia most are in the states and im looking at on average an extra $100 just to ship it here

sweet thanks for the link...so im gonna need a 750 to run tis with a little leeway yeah?? was hoping a 650 would be sufficient, but 750 would be good i suppose for the extra room later on i guess..
