What PSU should I use for this? I'm on a really tight budget, so for the PSU I'm looking to spend about $50 to $70 CDN

550w is more than enough, a good 450w unit is all you would NEED for that rig, though as I said the XFX would be a great investment for both quailty and flexability for further upgrades down the road.
