I am getting another 6870 and crossfiring the pair @ x8x8 bandwidth
Ill be using it for gaming mainly

I will be planning on overclocking cpu and gpu when ive bought aftermarket coolers

my question is what size psu should i buy (minimum)
So i have a general idea of what to get

Thanks alot
Marc

A pair of 6870's will pull about 20 amps, peaking to 25 amps.

The minimum power supply I would use is a good 750 watt PSU:
Corsair TX750V2 or XFX750, both with about 60 amps on the 12 volt rail and both built by Seasonic.

You do not really need a modular power supply because you will not have that many unused cables.
