What PSU Wattage?

Hi,
I'll be upgrading to:

Athlon XP 2000+,
Geforce 4 Ti4400,
MSI KT333 Ultra Mobo,
512 MB DDR PC2700 RAM
40GB 7200rpm HDD.

I was wondering what PSU would be best for this.

I AM NOT GOING TO BE OVERCLOCKING.

Should I go for a 300W, 350W, 400W or what? I don't want to buy more than I really need, cos I don't have money to blow on unnecessary power.

Sorry it's a stupid question and isn't strictly CPU related!

You should be able to run a 300 w just fine

Hell I am running a 300 with...

XP 1900+
Asus A7V333
512 PC2100
GF3 Ti200
3 Hard drives
2 CD roms
5 80MM fans 1 slot cooler 1 HDD cooler (which does absolutly nothing other then take power lol) Sound blaster live, netcard and I am sure 1 or 2 other things lol

However I plan to upgrade to 430 or so..

Wanna buy my Antec 300w? lol

Beware of the "reasonably priced ones", I bought one and it is noisy as hell. It has two fans, I disconnected one to keep the noise down. Of course, you are likely to have a other fans that are noisier. Especially the CPU or the Graphics card fan.
