this is my setup right now and im going to overclock my gpu maybe my cpu how much psu wattage will i need?

Any decent 450W PSU would do the job. To be safe for big overclocks however, you should go for a 500W one. The mid range corsairs are good enough for your build, you should go for one of those.

is the EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply good for it even with overclocking
also do i need a cpu cooling fan

It is pretty good actually. For overclocking, you would need an aftermarket cooler, HOWERVER, it would be better to just buy an fx-8320 with the extra 30-40$ you would spend on a fan, and not overclock it at all 😛
