AMD FX 8350
8GB Ballistix 1600Mhz RAM
ASRock Pro 3 Motherboard
1TB HDD
128GB SSD
Graphics Card GTX 560, going to upgrade to a 760 when I can afford.

What PSU will it need, also does it matter if I buy a cheap one because I see ones of the same watt going for £70 whereas some are £20, Thanks.

The quality to price depends on which you pick. The ones that are 70 are probably a bit better. I would go for something from a high quality 600w or a normal quality 750 if you want more headroom for upgrades.

they're both very differing opinions on the wattage I should use, would it affect it if I was to use a higher than needed, and will the jump from the 560 to the 760 make it need more or?

The 760 takes more watts than the 560. The psu that cball1311 posted is a good one. Putting a power supply with more wattage than your rig needs doesn't do anything it only leaves headroom for more upgrades later on that need more wattage.

An XFX Pro/TS or Seasonic G-Series 550W would be fine for this build.

Cheap power supplies are a false economy, as they are made with cheaper materials & don't last as long. typically they don't output anywhere near they're advertised wattage, which is a sign of a poor PSU. Invest in a good quality brand like XFX or Seasonic etc... that are true rated PSU's i.e output most of the advertised wattage as amps on the 12v rails. And you will save money & keep your components safer. Very cheap PSU's can kill you components when they die.
