What PSU would you recommend

I'm upgrading my current PC - well it probably counts as a whole new build.

I will be putting in:

At the moment my PC is running a 500W PSU but this one will be a lot more powerful. What PSU should I get, or is it worth trying to run it with the 500W

What 500 watt make and model do you have?

I just didn't think that 500W would be enough the run it.

Yes a 500 watt PSU is enough to run your system the question is are you going to add another GPU later more drives ect Then you may want to consider a higher wattage PSU now if not you be ok.

Okay thanks, if I run it with 500W to start how can I check if I am stressing it too much?

Go with an XFX 550W power supply or a Seasonic 520W power supply. You would definitely notice if you are stressing your system too much.
