what quake 3 mod was this?

over 5 years ago i was playing quake 3 arena and after clicking on a server it downloaded a mod to my q3 client that i could access from the menu. the mod didnt have any custom weapon skins or gameplay, it just connected to a different master server. i also recall it recommending that i download the full version of the mod from a website

after research i have found its name is "Excessive Plus"
