What Quality would this system play games?:

Coolermaster 412s CPU Cooler
Windows 7 Pro
What Quality will this record at? Any changes I should make? Will this make a good OC?

You could probably play most games on high, even some games on ultra.
the i5 k-series OC very well, so you shouldnt have a problem.
