What Race should I choose in Skyrim (based on...)?

...my build type.

I already know exactly what build I am going for - I have all of my 80 skill points planned.

Archery - 12 points
Block - 6 points
One handed - 12 points
Light Armor - 8 points
Alchemy - 10 points
Conjuration - 12 points
Destruction - 9 points
Alteration - 6 points
Enchanting - 5 points

Based off the fact that your main skills will be one handed and archery mixed with magic. I would suggest either a Khajiit or a Breton. If you want to be more indirect in your approach to fights go with a Khajiit. If your after agression a breton.

I was thinking breton.

I hadn't thought about being a cat. Maybe I should consider it.

Also, what about a Dark Elf? They seem to be less useful end-game compared to High-Elf but I am considering those as well.
