depends o what you're doing, 1866 for gaming, 2400 for video editing. Also, you might want to look into x99 for DDR4 RAM

Thank you sir. Ill go for 1866mhz. How about for the PSU. Someone said ill go for Seasonic s12ii 620w 80+bronze. But it is not modular.

Best deal going right now for a quality modular PSU, and 1866 ram. PSU is probably way more than you need, but it is the same cost as the 750w version. Any other quality modular PSU's, are going to cost you more.
