Question What RAM frequency should I get on ryzen 5 7600x?

As the title suggests I’m not sure if it worth getting 32Gb with 5600mhz or with 6000mhz RAM, is it important or not? cause from what I’ve manage to understand is that anything above 5200mhz is basically overclocked and unstable for ryzen 5 7600x series. Any suggestions on which one to pick? Thank you!
And yes It’s mostly gonna be used for gaming.
