What ram is best for me?

Hey all. I am going to be using a I7 Devils Canyon and the Hero 8 board. In the future (prob by summer) I am planning on getting a 980Ti graphics card. I know it only takes DDR 4 Ram. What kind of ram (2133, 2400, or 2666) should I use? It is better to get one stick or several sticks? I plan to use my rig for gaming, everyday activities, and some video editing/photo editing. Im leaning towards HyperX Fury Ram. I plan to overclock. Thanks!

you cant mix the devils canyon with that motherboard, and i dont think ram speed dont really matter that much.
