Hm. An H110 board that uses DDR3L.. didn't know those existed.
Anyhow, the board is listed at 1600MHz for RAM. I'm sure it would go lower, but not higher, as these more 'budget' boards don't OC. Also, just in case you weren't aware (which you might be), H110 boards support only Skylake CPUs from the box. So, any Pentium 4th/i3/5/7 7th gen will not work unless the BIOS is updated.
