What RAM should I buy?

Hey there. I've made a topic similar to this but now I'm kinda confused as I don't know the differences between these RAM sticks. RAM Picture:

Now I have no idea what any of that means. I somewhat know what I'm looking for but I have no idea what does the "KVR16N11/4" mean. I think 11 is latency? Nevermind, I looked up KVR16N11/4 on eBay and it showed me a few RAM sticks. I don't know whether they are the right ones as the 12800 and 16000 vary. I don't know if that's the speed but on my current RAM stick the speed is around 700 MHz if I'm not mistaken (check Speccy screenshot). So, is there any real difference between these RAM sticks and which one should I buy? Tell me if I need to give you the eBay link for it so you can see for yourself. Does it matter if I buy the different speed one or will it slow down my PC. Which one do I buy for the best performance? Thanks for the help.

KVR is the brand name or model. 16 is the speed in 100MHz. 11 is the CAS latency. 4 is the memory size in GB. 1.5V is the RAM voltage.

Since the stick is DDR3, multiply the DRAM freq by 2. Which gives 1600MHz, as stated. DDR stands for double data rate, which might give you a clue/

Get the exact same model as your currently have for minimum chance of incompatibility and max performance.
