What RAM should I buy?

Hey!
I am updating my T3500 (9KPNV) workstation. I wan't to upgrade memory since I only have 3 gb right now. But I am very confused. On Intel's website there is listed my cpu (L5630) supports memory types of DDR3 800/1066. But ram I have right now is pc3-10600-1333 1333mhz.
I don't know what to do, so please help me. What ram should I buy- what speed? (I am planning an upgrade to 8 or 10 GB ).

From Dell's T3500 Service Manual: "Your computer uses 1066 MHz or 1333Mhz DDR3 unbuffered SDRAM memory. "

Note that you have a triple-channel motherboard, so you will want to upgrade in multiples of 3, so that's probably 6 or 12 GB for you.

yeah!
But on intel's cpu website it says my cpu can't use 1333mhz memory.
