i am buying new components for my gaming pc and will be purchasing the following if all goes to plan:

Would it be possible for someone to tell me if this mother board is compatible with my items above?, if this motherboard can OC? and if there is another motherboard that will work and can OC for a cheaper price?
Also could someone suggest a good DDR4 8GB stick of RAM under £50 please?
