What RAM should I get for my ASROCK H61M-DGS?

I want 8gb but it's hard to find, 4gb is okay also.
If I have one 4gb ram, Can I get another same type to pair to form 8gb?

Depends on what cpu your using......which you failed to mention. Celerons and Pentium G's only support 1066mhz memory. i3's support 1333. Ivy Bridge supports up to 2200+,

Make sure that u have 1.5V @ 1600MHz with XMP and u are fine.

Whatever you get, it's only going to run at 1333 cause i3 only supports 1333. However the board will support up to 2200mhz+ with an Ivy Bridge cpu.

If I were you I would get 1600 and just run it at 1333, then when you upgrade the cpu you'll be able to run 1600.
