[SOLVED] What ram should i get with my amd Ryzen 5 2600?

Hey experts!
I am looking to upgrade my ram from 2x4gb 2133mhz to some 2x8gb 3000-3200mhz, but i am unsure to what ram to get.
I have the Ryzen 2600 with the asrock b450m pro4 motherboard. I have looked at the qvl on the motherboard but i get confused :/
What ram would you recommend for me?
My budget is at 190$

Are you sure? i can't seem to find it. And what does the ridges mean?

Gtzr isn't for 3000
But is for 3066
Newegg has no listing of 3066
So don't know what asrock is doing there.
Still don't see any reason why the ram i posted won't work and clock upto 3200 easily.

that 3066mhz is for 4ghz gtzr sticks
3000mhz sticks from link above wil run 2933mhz (xmp profile) on older bios revision, and with agesa 1.0.0.6 it should clock 3000
