I have

2.Zotac Nvidia GTX 750 ti graphic card gpu
3.i3 3220 Cpu
And i am getting lag in some game which needs minimum 6gb Ram:(
I got fed up with my 4gb Trancend Ram:kaola:
So i have planned to buy [G.skill Ripjaws X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1600MHz Desktop RAM]:bounce:
I want to know that this ram would be best match for GTX-750 Ti Gpu!!!:sarcastic:
I thought of buying this ram because it is up to my Budget.:D

I was gaming on a Win 10 4gb system, and noticed some occasional pauses and stuttering in some games. I thought it was because my videocard or CPU was too slow. Eventually I added another 4gb of ram as part of a general purpose upgrade, and wow I was surprised to see ram usage on those games is between 5-7gb. It did smooth out the pauses and stuttering. To be clear, you will NOT get higher framerate with more memory. What it does is add smoothness to games that would otherwise have to swap data in and out of limited memory space.

In short, just add 4gb more, that's all you need in a system like that. Add an SSD too if possible and if you don't already have one. An SSD will breathe new life into an older system.

edit: the problem...

With a GTX 750 ti, Your not doing anything too graphically intense. You don't need 16 GB's of RAM. I would save some money and get 8GB's of RAM as Rylie suggested, therefore you will pocket some extra money to upgrade in the furture.

Yes, well said dontlistentome (dat username)

If you are going to get an SSD (which you defiantly should), If possible, get NVME since it is the fatsest.
