Hi i am building a ryzen pc first time build. I have the Asrock x370 gaming x motherboard and 2x 8gb of 3200 Flare X ram (F4-3200C14D-16GFX) and im just trying to figure out what ram slots does both these ram sticks go in before i boot the pc up. The whole single rank DIMM and Dual Rank DIMM stuff confuses me. I do plan to try to run these sticks at 3200 so what ram slots do these go in on the Asrock x370 gaming x? This is the link to a screen shot of my motherboards ram intructions

I'm running G-Skill Trident Z ddr4 3200 at 3066 on Asrock X370 Gaming X. Their QVL says it will only run at 2933mhz, but with the new 3.50 Bios and then the upgrade Bios to 4.50, it seems very stable at 3066mhz. No problems yet. And with an overclock of 4.0 on the Ryzen 1700X, its very fast. Running at 3200 is still a no go. Blue screen of death after about a minute. Does boot into Windows though. A2 and B2 slots only. Follow what the manual says. A1 & B1 will only run at 2400mhz or if your lucky, 2666mhz. You need Flare X or Adata to run at 3200mhz.
