Question What RAM Slots to use? Manual Unclear.

Hello friends, quick question:

I'm trying to understand which slots should be used to install my 2x8gb RAM into my Z390 Aorus Ultra motherboard, and am confused by the manual's configuration table. You can see pg.12 of my manual that discusses RAM here:

So from my reading of this chart, I can put the RAM in either A1+B1; or A2+B2? Doesn't matter which of those two configurations I choose?

Sorry if this is trivial but I want to make sure I do everything correctly!
