I recently built a new PC and I am unsure if the RAM/Motherboard is working properly. The RAM I am using is (newegg) Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB DDR3-1600. I have two of these kits.
I have tested it and it all seems to be OK but in the BIOS with XMP enabled it says one is running at DDR3-1600 and the other set is running at DDR3-1333. CPU-Z shows something is running at DDR3-1600 speeds.
I have included an image of the BIOS showing this as well as the CPU-Z screenshot showing the DDR3-1600 speed in Windows.
So what speed is the RAM running at? Is it even possible for the sets to run at different speeds like that?
