Ryzen is picky about ram.
Not all DDR4 ram will be compatible.
What is the make/model of your motherboard?
Go to the motherboard web site and find their ram QVL list.
That is a list of ram tested and known to be ok.
Pick a 3600 speed kit and buy the exact part number listed.

If you have a favorite ram vendor, to to their ram selection app and find kits supported for your motherboard.

Ryzen 5000, on a 500 series board, is far less picky than older generations.

Whichever ram you decide to get remember to enable xmp in bios if you didn't know. Xmp won't run automatically until you set it.
