Question What RAM upgrade would you choose?

So I want to increase my RAM from 8gb to 16gb. Currently I have 2x4GB 2400 mhz HyperX Fury . this is paired with a Ryzen 5 1600 in a Gigabyte AB350 Gaming motherboard.
I've got these 2 options:

1. Buy another 2x4GB 2400 mhz HyperX Fury for $90
2. Buy 2x8GB 3000 mhz Corsair Vengaence LPX Gamer for $177

I'm from Argentina and this are the best prices I can get.
Would the upgrade from 2400 mhz to 3000 mhz be that significant to justify the price difference?
