Hi,

Just sitting here and ordering my new HTPC. I want the Intel DH67BL board and I found this link which describes the RAM modules supported: http://www.intel.com/support/motherb.../CS-031962.htm

But I still unsure what to get. I think I want G.Skill RAM and I found some which are PC3-10666 DDR3 SDRAM, SO DIMM 204-pin. But will they fit? I also found some links that explains 240 pin RAM for that board...help.

Oh almost forgot: I want 4GB RAM - Do I want 1x4GB or 2x2GB? Which is best/Supported on that board?

Thanks.

Solution
Memory Supported: DDR3 1333MHz
DDR3 1066MHz
Memory Type: DDR3
Number of Pins: 240-Pin
Maximum Memory Supported: 32GB - 64bit
Number of Slots: 4

The G.Skills will not work at 204 pin (that's for laptops). You need 240 pin DDR3 RAM, and probably not something huge like G.Skills, since space will probably get cramped in an HTPC real quick.
You can go 4x8GB total. I would go 2x2GB so you have 2 slots available in case you want to upgrade RAM down the road...
