DDR4-2400MHz at the least in terms of frequency and either an 8GB kit or a single stick of 8GB. Might want to share your budget and your location to help source a kit or a stick of ram meant for your build.

FYI, you're also going to need a dedicated GPU for that build in order to call it a gaming system. The iGPU isn't very capable for today's demanding titles.
