Build will be used for gaming/browsing the web. Struggling to find appropriate RAM for it, and I've read that the mobo isn't great for overclocking.

Think i would look at something like these keeping an eye on your motherboards looks as well (although that cooler will stick out like a sore thumb,being as good as it is ;)),
