What refresh rate do i need.

thats my setup. I had a monitor with it then i started getting all paranoid about monitors. Is it worth it for the higher hz like 120 144 or is 60 fine. I'd be playing rainbow six league bf1 maybe some pubg etc. i am also on a somewhat budget.

If you have to ask, 60Hz will be fine for you.

60Hz @1080p is the standard nowadays and it's the best option for your rig as well.
