what releasews more heat?

i have a single rad and a dual rad close loop CPU coolers and i have a kraken g10 so that i can use a CPU cooler in a gpu,
but which one should i put to whihc?
which one releases more heat?
presuming it goes max out preformence (the program that i run would heat up max both my cpu + GPU
gtx 780ti; i7 4770k
