So i upgraded from a gtx 660 to a saphire nitro(non plus) rx 470 4gb. Got the rx 470 for just 60 dollars and it has a month of warranty remaining from a shop that sells used parts. Anyways when i received the card i found it to be different. Since its not a nitro plus it doesnt have the bios switches and the 8 pin connector is on the side instead of the front and neither does it have the nitro glow. But what seems wierd is that this has a backplate which isnt supposed to be there on a nitro non plus. The backplate is a feature exclusive to the nitro plus. The backplate doesnt seem to be taken from any other card either cause its exactly cut and outlined for this card. It seems too professional for someone to just make it too. The side label says sku 11256-29 which doesnt seem to match this card. This isnt a mining edition either cause it has all the ports. Performance wise its similar to the original i guess but the temperature seems to be high. Max it has reached is 84.
