What`s all the timing settings of a DDR3 ram?

I have 2x4go DDR3 RAM - crucial, 1333mhz
I overclocked from 1066 by 20% now it runs at 1277mhz

the overclocking is stable but the timings on the auto settings were stuck on 7-7-7-20
so i had to put it manually
i just put some random settings i found on google, i want to be sure that it`s ok

did you oc just the RAM or the CPU as well?

please download and install CPU-Z and post a screenshot of the 'SPD' tab. this will have the correct settings on, please also post a shot of the memory tab.

i overclocked the cpu, the ram just followed,
in cpuz and on my ram (physically) it`s written 9-9-9-24 and trc 33
at 1333mhz

i`m more worried about the last 5 values

Can you use XMP?

for the most part what those get set to are based on the BIOS depending on what your data rate and primary timings are at. These are constantly being updated (though seldom mentioned in the BIOS update recaps)
