What SATA Cable Do I Have?

The only difference in SATA cables is how well made they are, which in turn can affect their ability to perform properly (if it's badly made). So your choice of which cable is simply one of quality - - other than that they are all the same.

That ll printed on your cable most likely means "SATA II", but even if it means something else it will still work.
