What screws to install Mobo with?

I put my CPU on the mobo with heatsink(which scared me when I heard a crack) and all the holes are lined up in the case. The case gave me all sorts of screws though...

I got screws that have a washer like top that is thick but flat on the top.
I got ordinary run of the mill screws
I got screws with a washer like part connected to the top which is rounded.

What screw do I use?

Do you have standoffs screwed in ONLY in the places that your mobo has holes? Are all the screws the same length? Does your card support rail have screws in it already? If not, the regular screws probably go there. Use the flat washer like screws to screw the mobo to the standoffs, make sure they are tight and if not, try the other ones and see if they work.

Your case manual may have labels on a diagram of the screws. Which case is it?
