What Services can I get rid of on my new Acer Aspire One?

I have a New Netbook that I want to clear up. I would like to know if anyone can help me with cleaning my netbook. In the Windows task manager I have 42 Processes running and my CPU usage is at 60%

Thew easiest thing that you can do is to google the processes and see what they belong to to help you decide which ones you want to turn off.
