Will play ultra on probably all games. I'd recommend getting a 280x instead and getting a 4690k for CPU. 280x, while a downgrade from the r9 290 will still play games on ultra

Here you go. Added a CPU cooler as well. So you can OC if you want to in the future. If you're not gonna OC feel free to remove it. Asus z97-a mobo. One of the best z97 mobos out there. And for RAM. Better doesn't necessarily mean expensive. $79.99 and good performing RAM.
