What settings should I change in the BIOS?

I have just set up my new computer as per this build, and everything installed well, the drivers are all updated, and I updated my motherboard bios to the newest version (still waiting on my new video card to go on sale though, using an old one). Now I'm trying to set up the BIOS, I know I need to set the fan powers and stuff like that, but I'm not sure what settings to look at to speed up windows load times and stuff like that. Is there a guide somewhere? I tried googling it and searching the forums, but most of what I'm seeing is either a feature list or troubleshooting of broken components.

Thanks!

Well, not really, it's just second or two but makes getting into BIOS more tricky. In windows itself you can cut down loading time by using least possible number of startup items. That also has side effect of using less memory and disk use along with more processor free time.
