What settings should i use on after burner?

I just got a new gtx 1050 the other day and i just found out about after burner. What settings do you guys think i should play on? Also advice about my fan speed would be greatly appreciated i turned it to automatic and i already noticed a huge decrease in temperature on my gpu. If it helps at all ill mostly be playing pubg so i want the game to look decent but also have good frame rates. Here is my set up .(not trying to over clock btw)
GeForce GTX 1050
AMD Athlon (tm) x4 860k quad processor
8 GB of ram
motherboard model: A68HM-E33 V2 (MS - 7721)

Afterburner is for overclocking but you say that you're "not trying to over clock..."
Soooo, what is the goal you are trying to accomplish? Do you want to OC or not?
