Anyway, different chips have different OC potential, so what worked for someone else may not work for you.
Start by setting all the voltages in the bios to default/lowest settings. First, turn up the cpu frequency until it is no longer stable in prime95. Then, increase voltage until the processor is stable again, do not exceed the safe limit for voltage on the chip (1.212v). Increase frequency and voltage until you have an overclock you're happy with. And yes, it does take a long time to test for stability each time.
