What shall upgrade

I have i5-6600k gtx960 8gb ram what shall i upgrade (i want i7-7700k) in range of 400-600$

well, I'd upgrade GPU / RAM before the CPU as this will have the highest impact on your performance.

a GTX 1080 can be found at 550-600$ and is way superior to your current GTX960
as would be a GTX 1070 but it's hard to find one for a good price

So what shall i buy gtx1080? Will it bottlenech to i5???

depends on what you're doing and of course the resolution you're playing at
and also your location

for 1080p I suggest going with a 1070 and bumping up the RAM to 16GB
but if you can't find a 1070 below 450$, it's not worth it
