hi everyone my first post here..
so in early 2011 i made my pc i5-2500k 3.30GHZ 3.60GHZ, 8GB DDR3 ,GTX580 ,GA-P67A-UD3R-B3, 1000watts supply and with this setup i mostly been playing CSGO , DOTA2 or OVERWATCH little bit which makes my gtx580 burn like fire so

now week ago i upgraded my graphic card to GTX1060 6GB, still playing OVERWATCH on low setup 1060 gets hot about 60temp,, is it due to my old cpu and motherboard and if YES what is my next option upgrade both or something else,,i dont really play high end games

any help and criticism will be appreciated

just pop in a SSD if you dont have it already..
i wouldnt upgrade anything else on that Rig. its just not worth it, you can run this setup for good 2 more years if you ask me but thats about it, so now it a good time to start saving.

for GPU see if you have good Air flow in your Case.. motherboard or CPU got nothing to do with heating up the GPU..and 60 is not that hot..

i agree with rookie gamer. That should last you some more years if you dont do any high end gaming. Start saving cash now, then when that really starts getting old you can get some new higher end stuff that will last you awhile again.
