Skytech Blaze II Gaming Desktop PC
RYZEN 7 2700 8-core 3.2 GHz,
RTX 2060 6G,
500GB SSD,
16GB DDR4 3000MHz,
RGB Fans,
Windows 10 Home.

It runs games below 100 fps and it drops a ton. Id like to run atleast 144 fps with standard settings. (For games)

Don’t know if you will get 144fps, but what motherboard and power supply are in there? That motherboard may have a bios update to let you upgrade to a ryzen 5000 series cpu.

Not knowing what power supply you have, that may need changed as well and then a better graphics card as well.

You’ve already got windows 10, that should upgrade to windows 11 if desired. Not knowing the exact components in that system those are things I’d investigate.

This board?

Maybe a ryzen 7 5700x if the bios will update to support it, a new psu depending on what’s in there and a gpu upgrade.

I'll assume you are talking at 1080p from those stats, I would upgrade the CPU and Mobo, to a 12600k and B660. That will likely bring the best out of the 2060 but depending on which games you are playing I can't guarantee 144+. If you need a GPU at 1080p, a 6650XT would be the best for 1080p in pretty much anything at 144Hz except Cyberpunk.
