What should be the first spec I upgrade in my computer build?

I'm fairly new to PC gaming, and have no idea what specs I should be upgrading. Currently I have AMD Athlon X4 3.4 Ghz, 2x Corsair Vengeance Blue 4GB, MSI Socket FM2/AMD motherboard, and this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007A44T42?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s01 GPU. What should be the first thing I upgrade and what should I upgrade it to?

to 8gb and gpu to r9 280x or 380 or GTX 960
