I have a8-6600k and rx 460 2gb and 4 gb ram, I can play pubg with thid specs but the processor are bottle necking on my gpu. What should be my next upgrade? My budget is 100$ to 120$ only.

Solution
CPU for 120 is do-able. CPU RAM and motherboard is not.
I suggest you save up and get a new CPU, RAM and motherboard and step to a modern platform.

Your platform, FM2, has no worthwhile CPU upgrade past what you have now. Those APUs were not meant for gaming. With your current system the most you could do is increase your ram to 8gb and add a better videocard. The problem is these upgrades would only help performance in games that run fine on your A8 but need more ram and more videocard power. PUBG is not one of these kinds of games.

If you're looking for better PUBG performance you will need a new CPU, which means a new motherboard as well, and if you building a new system that means DDR4 ram as well.

You could switch from AMD to Intel and buy an older pre-built with an i5 2400 or something like that in it. However, with PUBG that RX 460 would then limit your performance. So be aware of that. PUBG requires a lot of CPU and videocard resources. I know, it sucks, but PUBG is one game that is tough for budget PC gamers to try to play.

I don't know if I'd recommend a Kaby Lake build at this point, although your performance will probably go up you're still limited to a 2C/4T CPU and locked into a "dead" platform (Kaby Lake CPUs/motherboards are not compatible with Intel's latest Coffee Lake systems, nor will be compatible with any future systems).

Probably the best "cheap" Intel build you could do would be this:

CPU: Intel - Core i3-8100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($127.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($101.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot - Viper Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $324.86

That gives you a 4C/4T Coffee Lake system that, in the future, could always be upgraded to a 6C/6T Core i5 or 6C/12T Core i7 CPU.

If you'd rather stick with AMD, you could always save up for this one:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($107.72 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot - Viper Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $262.70

Again, you'd get a 4C/4T CPU, & the option to always upgrade later to a faster CPU with more cores/threads. Plus, AMD has said they'll support these boards for the next couple of years worth of CPUs.
