okay so basically i have this setup:
op:Windows-7
processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

i need a new graphics card which i do know, i mainly want the new card to be able to play the game "no man's sky".
i've gathered a few sites to describe the games requirements, i want to be able to run the game on medium to high, preferably high, money isn't really too much of a problem probably around 300£.

Solution
You can get a gtx960/r9 380 for about £170, or a gtx970/r9 390 for about £250 or wait to see what the prices will be when the gtx1070 and rx 480 releases bring. Any of those cards is considerably stronger than the gtx480 minimum requirement for that particular game and should easily do ultra settings. Added bonus would be a gpu strong enough to handle any other game with higher requirements. A 550w psu will cover all although that's pushing the limits with the r9 390.

Your best bet would be to wait until the game ACTUALLY gets released, this generation of cards may well have superseded by then.
